My professional experience encompasses multiple facets of an enterprise's financial life from choosing an enitity type at start-up to selection and preparation of an exit strategy to accounting software selection and implementation to corporate taxation to financial projections to financial reporting to internal and external audits to managing creditor relationships to developing incentive commission structures. In addition, my professional experience includes personal taxation from the very simple to the very complex. My firm's goal is to be the partner you trust to care about you and your business by providing timely and excellent service.
